Meridian started in 2003 as a two-truck sweeping outfit working a handful of grocery-anchored centers in Baltimore County. The operating thesis from day one: most commercial exterior vendors are built for one property at a time, and that breaks down the second a property manager has more than five sites on their plate.

Twenty years on, that’s still the company. We’ve added striping, asphalt, inspections, and seasonal work — but the structure is the same. One operations desk, one account director, one consolidated invoice per portfolio. Same standard at site one as site forty.
